How to cook roasted vegetables

I can confirm that vegetables are on your child’s “do not eat list. Honestly, I think it’s on yours, too. Trust me, I’ve been there. Fortunately, we can dress this easy meal up with a little seasoning and add it to one of your favorite dishes!

Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 bag of steamed California Medley Vegetables
  • Butter
  • Creole Seasoning
  • Paprika
  • Garlic Pepper
  • Lemon Pepper
  • Salt

Directions

Pour 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil

Add Onions

Cook for 5 minutes or until they turn brown.

Add a bag of California Medley vegetables.

Add 2 tablespoons of butter

Season with:

2 tablespoons of Creole seasoning

2 tablespoons of Garlic pepper

1 tablespoon of paprika

1 tablespoon of Lemon pepper

1 tablespoon of Salt

Cook at medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
