How to make to Garlic Pepper Potatoes

Potatoes as a single dish to eat for dinner might have been popular during the medieval period. Fortunately, we can bring back that trend, but you will need to dress it up with a little olive oil and seasoning. This recipe is beginner friendly and great to make for the kids!

Ingredients

  • For Large slices – Russet potatoes
  • For Small slices – Baby red or yellow potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Seasoned salt
  • Lemon Pepper
  • Garlic Pepper


Directions

Toss the potatoes in a pot of boiling water.

Add 3 tablespoons of salt. (This helps clean and soften the potatoes)

Pour and rinse.

Slice or cut them in a desirable size.

Pre-heat the oven at 400 degrees.

Take a bowl and add:

  • 2 cups of olive oil
